Prevention - First Visit
Dentists recommend regular exam and hygiene (cleaning) appointments so we can help you maintain a healthy mouth through a preventive program. Your regular 6-month exam and hygiene visits allow the doctor and hygienist to note any changes in both your teeth and gums. In this way, we can catch problems when they are small and before they become for difficult, uncomfortable and often times more expensive. Through regular routine exams, we can note sudden or unusual changes in your oral health that sometimes can indicate greater problems with your overall health. We compare it to having regular maintenance on your vehicle, sort of like a tune-up for your mouth.
In fact, we usually tailor and schedule appointments based on each person’s individual needs. This may mean some people come more frequently and others can wait a little longer between visits, although never more than one year. Patients are often concerned about what their plan will cover, and although plans may have a limit on what they will pay, this does not mean that is the best thing for your health.
Our dental office is dedicated to general and family dentistry. As your primary dental care provider, we are responsible for the general diagnosis, prevention, treatment and management of a wide range of dental conditions, disorders, and diseases that affect the teeth, gums, jaw, and face. We provide the coordination of services related to the oral health needs for patients of all ages so everyone in your entire family can visit our office.

First Visit
Thank you for selecting our office for your dental care. To ensure that we properly diagnose your dental needs, your first visit with us, All Dental Paradise, will include a comprehensive exam and all necessary x-rays. Our clinical team will review the results of your exam and x-rays and discuss any necessary future treatment you may need. We understand that every patient is different, and we treat each patient as an individual with unique dental needs and conditions. Our goal is to provide you with the most comprehensive dental care. Your initial appointment usually will consist of an examination and review of your treatment options.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
-
Any digital copies of x-rays taken by a previous dentist, if applicable.
-
A list of medications you are presently taking.
-
If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
