Implant Dentistry
We offer several implant options depending on your needs:
-
Denture implants keep dentures from slipping around, especially when you eat. A permanent set of posts is inserted into the gum line so that dentures can clip into place.
-
Single implants are ideal for when you are simply missing one tooth. These also attach onto a post which has been implanted into your jaw. We also offer implant options that are embedded just above the jaw bone.
-
Multiple implants fill larger spaces where you may be missing multiple teeth. The implant stretches across the entire gap, preserving your jaw structure and completing your smile.
In all cases, implants are custom selected to meet your needs and the structure of your mouth. Some patients will have implants screwed into their jawbone, while others may opt for an implant that is inserted into the gums, directly above the bone.

If you are considering implants, you must have healthy gums and adequate bone to support the implant. If your bone is too thin or soft and unable to support an implant, you may require a bone graft. Or if there is not enough bone height in the upper jaw or the sinuses are too close to the jaw, you may require a sinus lift.

All-on-4 Dental Implants

Unlike traditional dentures that shift and can be removed, hybrid implant dentures are permanently fixed to your jawbone using a minimum of four dental implants. This type of implant procedure is beneficial to patients who need an entire row of teeth replaced or those who are tired of the restrictions typically associated with regular dentures. Once in place, hybrid implant dentures can only be removed by a dentist.
